arrangements, etc.
Return
to Hixson HS at on Tuesday, March 27th at approximately 6:00.

Students will contact their parents/guardians when we depart to give an
estimated arrival time.

Rules and Expectations
·
Students’
behavior will adhere to all Hamilton County and Hixson High School rules as
stated in the Student Code of Conduct.
o Any student found to violate a major
rule will be picked up in Gatlinburg by a parent or guardian within 12 hours of
being notified (no exceptions, and the student will not receive a refund for
the cost of the trip).

Students
will represent the Hixson High School FFA Chapter in the best possible , manner
through appropriate speech and behavior at the hotel, during official FFA
activities, and during free time.
·
Students
will always travel in groups of two or more if not accompanied by an adult
chaperone.
·
Students
will not leave their rooms outside of “lights out” for any non-emergency
reason.
·
Chaperones
will be notified immediately in the event of any emergencies
·
No
members of the opposite gender may enter one another’s rooms. (no exceptions)
